Bob's practice is concentrated in asbestos and welding litigation. He has served as lead trial and appellate counsel in asbestos and welding cases. He was part of the trial team that won the first welding rod case for manganism poisoning for VCLO. He also has trial experience in complex commercial litigation. Bob also specializes in American Indian law. He has two sons. Bob received his law degree from Harvard University Law School in 1977.
